Development history[]
After Di Ravello's defeat, when the Medici healthcare system was overhauled and the Medici Hospital established, it was decided that Medici needed a heavy rescue helicopter that could land in water. Most of Di Ravello's era military vehicles had been destroyed, or taken over by the rebellion, but there was still plenty left over, even after the formation of the much smaller New Medici Military. Helicopters are quite expensive, so it was decided to domestically convert a Urga Hrom D to the task.
The Urga Hrom Rescue is the resulting vehicle. There's still only one of these, but the idea is that it's used not only for its intended role, but to also learn more about using helicopters in this role. It is likely that the final production models will differ.

List of customisations from the stock military version:
- Weapons removed.
- Pontoons added for water landings.
- Medical equipment inside.
- Side doors enlarged to fit people on a stretcher.
- Small red cranes added above the side doors to lift up people being rescued.
- Ladders added under the doors.
Performance[]
It's noticeably lighter due to the absence of heavy weapons and ammunition. This also makes it a bit more agile. The large pontoons allow it to easily float, similar to the smaller Urga Racek.
