Spingebill TesticlePants is an animated TV show in QWTF spy's JC4. It's hosted by Karthstan News Network when not broadcasting their propaganda and appears in the department stores as there is no operable TV for Rico.

Premise[]
It's inspired by the Spingebill YTPs commonly found on Youtube.
It follows a psychotic Kitchen Sponge named Spingebill TesticlePants who lives under the sea and in a Pineapple. Spingebill has been recently released from the local Insane Asylum and follows his life and psychotic wrongdoings along with hanging out with his friends and doing his job at the Krusty Krab. The show is basically offensive with every taboo subject you can possibly think of.
It gets darker around Episode 6.
This is clearly a vulgar parody of Spongebob SquarePants.
