Próspero Submarinos is a shipyard in Just Cause 4: International Waters.
Description[]
In-game map description: "Battered by decades of sea air, this crumbling factory tells a long story of ship construction. It was erected in 1906, producing commercial fishing ships. The Chilean Navy purchased it 30 years later, who greatly expanded the shipyard. The Black Hand obtained the port in 1979, and used it for submarine construction until the withdrawal from Islas de los Perdidos."
The factory is clearly long abandoned, with crumbling buildings and overgrown roads. Rusty fuel tanks and generators can be seen around the base. They blow up like normal ones.
There are several submarine wrecks lining the shores near it, most notably 2 EMSNx-3 "Salvador" Nuclear Submarine wrecks near the main area.
