City blueprints reveal:
Paraku was one of the most grandest cities in Sakaku before the Cold War. That conflict saw most of its beauty fade in the shadow of the Soviet authorities. Today, the city is a ghost town. If one were to walk the streets, they would've seen CLA rebels everywhere. Not a citizen in sight. Food and water are non-existent.
