"New Victory was originally New York, and birthplace of President Don King, former Donald Trump. In 2026, when war began and nuclear missiles rained all over the Earth, only six civilian locations in the former United States remained intact. Don King renamed the city, promising never to rename it back until victory had been achieved at any and all costs. Food and water supplies are plentiful."
