NERD3 is a notorious hacker in Just Cause: Frozen Gold.

History
NERD3 was brought up in some cold and horrible place (not Canada) but somehow had access to lots of tech. He originally started game development to practice coding, but this was just a hoax so he could find ways to hack things.
He first hacked into a U.K missile silo and nuked Theresa May for banning pornography.
He then did many other hacks.
