Must We Speak of This Again? is a mission in Operation Indigo

Synopsis: Javi, guided by his onus, seeks Rico's assistance.

Plot[]

We begin with Qonr, Rico, Sargento, and Sheldon looking at the latter's laptop. Rico asks where he obtained the footage, and Sheldon replies that he trusts the source (saying this in a dishonest sounding tone). He starts the footage, taking us to the title card then Buwikuni.

After a few seconds, Rico gets a call from his PDA, where Javi informs him that he may have found something. Lee takes him there, but despite everything seeming normal, Rico feels something off. He heads to Javi's building and the latter tells him that he has been thinking about Valeria for some time.

Javi reads a journal he kept and eventually believes Silas to be Simón. This is because a line in the first half reveals that Valeria neglected him in favor of wealth, with her repeatedly calling him by similar names. He tells this all to Rico, and they get in the van with Rico driving and him reading more. Javi's onus starts glowing, giving him directions to Valeria's last known location. Rico asks why they need her if she is in prison, with Javi admitting to not knowing that himself but still trusting the onus.

The onus's directions point to someplace outside the island, so Lee almost picks them up. Instead, an associate comes in with a helicopter to fly them there. A long flight later, they arrive at Washington, D.C., where Javi guides the associate to the place. This turns out to be a prison Rico has been to before.

The two search the area for Valeria while Lee accompanies the associate on her way back. Javi's onus glows again, narrowing the location of Valeria, which they get to by Rico grappling to the entrance while holding Javi in the other arm. Right as they walk in, the girl child recreational specialist runs out with some inmates soon following, as she exclaims that the prison is going to blow up. Javi urges Rico to run away, but he wants to watch, and the former does run to a safe distance. Javi looks through the crowd but does not see Valeria.

As soon as it does blow up, a silhouette of a person wearing a chef hat appears within the flames, stepping out only to be Garland wearing a tattered chef hat and apron. Before she can explain herself, a spark flies into the screen, burning it as the mission ends. To be continued.

The title is similar to an achievement in Just Cause 4 named Never Speak of This Again.
