The Mugello Rihalt is a police car in QWTF spy's JC4. It is unlocked by killing 100 criminals in the Police Activity.

"Mugello's Rihalt is the upgraded version of the Mugello Vistosa, intended for use by police forces. It combines extremely fast speeds with good handling, but it lacks armor to defend itself from few explosions and bullets. However, it does have a functioning siren."
Police activity[]
To activate the police activity simply stop the vehicle and press L1.
In this activity, Rico has to pursue and destroy the vehicles of criminals, a timer is also activated. The rewards are 100 dollars.
It's very similar and inspired by the Vigilante side missions from the GTA series.
If Rico's vehicle is destroyed, the timer runs out, or he leaves the vehicle then the activity is over.
It can be cancelled by stopping the vehicle and pressing L1.
If 100 vehicles are destroyed then this vehicle is unlocked.
