This is the only civilian vehicle in Medici in 2035.
In-game description:
"After Di Ravello was deposed, the new government under Rosa Manuela made sweeping reforms. One of the more unfortunate side effects of such new reforms was the usage of only one civilian vehicle out of security concerns. Mugello accepted a contract to make such a vehicle, and the result was the Mugello Farina Duo Mk. III, after the Mk. II was deemed too fast and the original race car was archived into storage."
