It is a customized pistol, based on the real Luger P08.

"Introduced in 1909 for the German army, the Lugen model 7 7mm became one of the most popular pistols ever produced up until 1951. This was a special model heavliy customized by Lugen themselves. It's so rare, it's worth more than a Mann Chimaera."
The customization makes it look fancier and deal more damage than the normal Lugen Sieg-7.
