Letters from America is a main storyline mission in IronClaw's Just Cause X: Global eXchange. To start this mission, Who can it be now? must be completed first.

Introduction[]
It seems that bad news are the only news that ever happen over Kyungastan. After a unsuccessful mission that nearly killed Looch, Sheldon tells Rico that some of the American spies were captured, tortured and killed by Kyungastani State Security. And what's worse, Gazibagandov's mooks retrieved the PDAs of those agents. A very sensitive data is about to be decrypted, and if it falls into the wrong hands, World War III could very well be happening next day. When Rico asks Sheldon what exactly those PDAs contain, he tells that there are plans of American intervention to Kyungastani archipelago, that involves precision strikes at Russian Peacekeeping Forces on the Koska island.
Walkthrough[]
Nova Arzamas West is an enormous industrial area, a factory that sprawls for many miles. It's also happen host the local State Security Headquarters, situated in place of the old administrative complex of the said factory. While there are no heavy vehicles guarding it, there are lots of infantrymen with AIM's and machine guns, as well as some sniper nests, heavily fortified inside industrial structures. The terrain is pretty bad for jetpacking, and snipers and anti-air troopers are prone to blast Rico out of the sky, so it's advised to go on foot while reaching the HQ.
While fighting his way through the complex, Rico has to destroy several generators to lure the State Sec out of the building. It's not very hard, but beware the snipers. Also, Militia reinforcements will arrive to engage the player.
When the generators are finished, a group of Guardsmen will appear at the Headquarters roof (the helipad). They have an armored box containing the stolen PDAs with them. Rico has to deal with them, but that might not be easy.
Note: the Republican Guardsmen wear armored suits that are completely bulletproof, but are still vulnerable for high-caliber (sniper rifles, heavy machine guns), high-velocity (experimental kinetic guns) and explosive (grenades, rockets) weapons.
After killing the Guardsmen, player has to set an explosive on the case and blow up the PDAs.
Two OMON helicopters will appear, carrying snipers onboard. Destroy them, capture them, or evade them no matter what, the Delta UH84 Spark will be still available after this mission via Agency drop.
