The Lacrima Police Department is a faction in New and Improved Medici.
Description[]
They are the police force of the Lacrima islands after Rico banished the Black Hand from there, following the Former Prisoners of Lacrima uprising. Some of the former prisoners are police themselves, but they presumably returned to where ever they were from after the the events of JC3.
The islands have no settlements, so there's not much for the police to do there, other than to patrol the area to prevent looting. It is assumed that the new government of Medici would at some point either make use of the abandoned facilities, or make them safe by looting moving their remaining equipment to some guarded warehouses on the mainland and demolishing the buildings.
