Just Cause IV: El Patrick is a project being made solo by User: Commander Keryev. It does not currently have a name. It is to be set in the location of El Patrick, which is near San Esperito.

After the events of Just Cause: Paradiso Islands, It's Rico's 50th birthday on Medici (2018), and everyone is there. Right as the celebration begins, Tom Sheldon messages Rico about some bad news going down in the country of El Patrick. A new ruler by the name of Don Everest plans to put the country into a third-world state, and it is up to Rico to take out Everest and make it peaceful.
