It's About Time is the tenth mission of Just Cause 4: Sakaku.
Plot[]
Day 16. February 5th, 2017.
All cities and villages minus Canbkaku are under control. The Communist Liberation Army is making a last stand at Canbkaku.
Rico, however, has other plans.
A SAF officer comes up to him and says Sir! We have experienced a massive surge of activity in recent days coming from the portal outside Yoku. Our MV AA-11s have shot down every plane so far, but they just keep coming!
Bah! I am NOT going to let a settlement fall again! It's about time... to close that portal, or die trying! REGROUP! TO YOKU!
Day 16 evening. 08:00 PM. February 5th, 2017. President/General Joseph Inouye arrives at the same time Rico does at Yoku.
Inouye: Rico... we haven't talked in a long time. Care to explain what this is?, gesturing at the portal.
Rico: Uh... I don't know sir. Honestly, this looks like a time travel portal to me.
Inouye: Okay... find a way to shut it down then.
SAF officer: We haven't found a way, sir. We have tried every possible tactic, including airstrikes, firing shells inside, but nothing seems to close it. It's almost as if-
Rico: Something is controlling it from the inside. Mr. President. I've only known you for 12 days. However, tell Sheldon... I may not return for a while.
Inouye: Now, you know I can't say that to Sheldon, Rico. I am well aware of your relationship with him and it is much more deep than mine. How will I explain all this-
Rico: You don't have to. Just say I'm... busy.
Inouye looks unhappy, but reluctantly complies. At least allow me to send some of my men with you-
Rico: No. Too risky. I alone am going in. Not even my tank is going in. I am going in alone. On the plus side, you've got all your armed forces at your disposal now. If it comes down to it, my tank is at your disposal as well. Wait until I return. I will return... for Canbkaku.
Inouye: All right then. Good luck, my friend. If Sheldon were here, he would... definitely have words.
Rico: Yes... he definitely would. Now, it's about time. Forward onto dawn!
