Interference is a mission in Operation Indigo.

The radius of the liquid when it reaches Philadelphia.
Plot[]
The crowd arrives at the White House to seek Brook's guidance, but even she does not know what is going on. She has everyone wait in the basement until she figures it out, as that is the safest place she knows and believes it to be safe from the blue liquid. This belief will soon be put to the test, as it already grew past Philadelphia.
Next, Brook tries going through all the footage she can find, even going as far as checking the satellite footage, which happens to have been upgraded with audio. After an hour of checking everywhere for clues, she finds a lost audio file that seems to capture a distorted voice. She is able to track this audio to a place far away from familiar ground. By this time, the liquid grew to cover Baltimore, meaning they do not have much time left.
Brook sends out a drone to analyze the liquid, but once it can it is unable to identify the components aside from small traces of water. Since the liquid is so close, she brings the drone back and orders the crowd to follow her to a place where they can both be safe and search for the source of the audio, explaining her findings to the main characters. This place turns out to be a new spaceport near Charleston, West Virginia.
She then shows them the spaceship, the BWS Eminence. Everyone enters it, with Brook showing Rico the controls. He lets her do this, despite being able to instantly learn how to operate something just by entering it. The spaceship blasts off to space, with some passengers watching as the liquid quickly overtakes Earth. The mission ends here.
