Insula Fenix is an island off the northwest coast of Medici. This is a part of the New and Improved Medici project.

The island has 20 provinces, the most out of all the regions of New and Improved Medici.

Infrastructure[]
The houses in the towns of this region look futuristic, although there is a normal Medician town burnt in Ombra Nord, called Spania Flambe. There are about 190 settlements in this region, 100 being towns, 60 being military outposts, 20 being bases and 10 being cities. Agro Grande being an example of one of the cities (despite Agro and Agro Nove being on Insula Striate), Guardia Marbelle X being an example of a military outpost, Puncta Nord being an example of a base and Cosmo Piccolo being an example of a town. Circle K gas stations can only be found in this region, suggesting Circle K expanded into Medici. This island is the volcanic island from JC3.
