As the Medici National Guard kept getting better financing, their vehicle park was improved. The average age of their members of course resulted in some... perhaps less than optimal solutions. This one is a Fukuda Tournament with an MG turret and emergency vehicle lights.
No-good street-racing punks had better watch out. If the Medici National Guard finds out, they may have to race against a Fukuda Tournament Technical.

Excellent rally and drift car, but not the best combat effectiveness. These are best suited for chasing down criminals on smaller roads.
