Hosted by a German celebrity, a member of the Modern Talking music band, Thomas Anders, this station plays 80s and 90s pop song and light rock ballads. It's not as biased on propaganda shorts as the WAVE, but located on Kyungastani soil. It is still forced to play Russian IRBISSE news broadcasts. However it mostly keeps a very neutral, apolitical theme.
