The Cherepakha Kavaler is an MRAP APC in Just Cause: Hjallesund.
Description[]
"An absolutely massive armoured brick is one of many ways to describe this slavic beast. It's what you would get if you crossed a civilian truck with an APC, maybe with some Hjallesundi standard brick in there too. Designed to rival American vehicles and oh boy it did, kind of a massive multitool with it's off-road capabilities, and large capacity for soldiers in the rear, plus of course it's armour." - In game description.
Appearance[]
It's a large, bulky and rectangular MRAP truck/APC, taking a flat nose design similar to civilian trucks. It's odd by having two steering axles and a single rear axle. It's presumably mid engined and has capacity for rebels/soldiers in the rear.
It is heavily based on the Kamaz Typhoon, with some changes. The Urga Fura 570 is considered it's counterpart, like the Ural Typhoon.
In some ways it's more like an APC than an MRAP, most notably with the chassis and lack of windows besides the front, and lack of a frontal grille.
Performance[]
It performs similarly to the Urga Fura 570, as in it has good acceleration, a decent top speed and great pushing power, except it understeers much less with much more responsive handling and the braking is a lot more responsive too. It it one of the most heavily armoured wheeled vehicles in the game, and can take multiple hits from explosive rounds. It doubles as a large transport for troops, able to carry 12 soldiers in the rear, faction or military.
