It is a basic sedan, modeled after the 1987 Dodge Lancer.
Performance[]
While this managed to crawl away from the emissions and avenge the Emperador, it was still not good. A pitiful engine, uncomfortable ride and a unicorn fart-sounding exhaust, eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeegh.
Weak. Can't steer, chewing gum brakes, and a pathetic 260 hp 6-cylinder engine, yike.

Unknown locations, but Harris-Keryev Customs made a special variant known as the Harris-Keryev Lavender L8.
