Description
Can fire infinite homing missiles at players and vehicles alike.
Can stop a vehicle from moving, even a plane mid air.
Can summon an airstrike similar to the DIONYSUS PLDS-H system in Just Cause 3.
Can make a ton of Triggered Explosives appear below someone's feet and blow them up.
Super effective against anything, even including evasive players.
