The Phoenix 65 has been the choice of many rebels. When Carlett took over, many a opposer took their Phoenix 65s and painted them with rebel signs. This SUV is also used by Carlett albeit in a technical form. However, you, Carlett, can use this in normal form.

- It is the civilian version of the Cutler-Randall Interceptor, though the Interceptor can also be seen used by the Lavenderonia Police Department.
- These cars are used by the Rebellion and Civilians, but the Dictator uses an older technical variant of this, called the Phoenix CFC 9.
- It's made by the fictional company Cutler-Randall under license from Phoenix.
- Phoenix Carlett also owns this car as a promotion for DJ Phoenix in NAIM. The main difference between him in NAIM and JC:YN is that he's no longer Lavenderonia's dictator, he is more peaceful and he's a DJ in NAIM.
