Canine Task Force

The Canine Task Force (Grupo de Trabajo Canino in Solis) is a Sub-Faction of the Black Hand, which is comprised of Dog Specialist and "Sabuesos".

History

2012

One of the famous Escapes in Solino history.

Julius Monaro was being escorted to the Quya Courthouse when he savagely assaulted the bailiff, the car then crashed into a ditch. "The commotion in the back made it difficult to steer." claims the driver responsible for operating the vehicle.

Julius used the bailiff's keys to uncuff himself, where he then broke open the passenger door, and made a several kilometer dash into the wilderness, where Black Hand pursuers lost him.

29 days later, BHSCs caught him jumping the fence of the international airport, despite a quick response from the BH, Julius was already inside an aircraft and flying at an altitude of 1 KM.

Because of the uneventful afternoon, there was no BH aircraft patrolling the airport, it took several minutes for aerial responses to arrive, but Julius plane was already long gone. Black Hand officials later admitted that if they did have dogs, Julius would've been caught by Day 3.

Grupo de Trabajo Canino is officially founded.

March 9th, 2013

The Black Hand finally began experimenting with canine usage, it was a success, nearly all inmate escapes had been subdued, BH scientist quickly began testing out newer breeds to see if they can concatenate the perfect dog.

April 14th, 2016

The Breed "FuegoSabueso" was created by Dr. Inaz.

The dog could easily bite through bone, could tear the leg off an Olympic Champion, and by some eyewitnesses, Pick up a car.

However, the breed proved difficult to properly tame, 12 personnel lost their lives during a Cardio Test that had gone wrong.

The project was soon abandoned, and the Black Hand went back to using basic dogs.

Soldiers

The basic soldiers responsible for handling these dogs are almost identical to their Elite Counter-part. The only difference is the logo patches and armor shading, being somewhat shinier and lighter blue.

They spawn in road traffic and at Heat Level 2.

There is also another variation that looks identical to the Private, but their uniform is a lighter color, and has GTC patches, these special variants are only found at Campo Infierno, Acadamia Qacha. and La Mazmorra.

Dogs

There are 3 different types of dogs utilized, although they all can be attack dogs.

Attack Dogs

These dogs are the basic combatants, composed mostly of fighting dogs, they can be found whilst in freeroam, and during Heat, when modified Warrior Offroaders drive in a drop them off.

Sniffer Dogs

These dogs are a lot more rare compared to the Attack Dogs, these only spawn when the Black Hand loses sight of you while on the ground.

Herder Dogs

These dogs are only seen in the mission "Mazmorra Rescue", around their trainers throughout the prison, a numerous amount of them spawn in the final part of the mission where Lanza is hacking into the elevator controls.
