The CS U77 is a large "submarine aircraft carrier" in the Just Cause Unity DLC - The Corporate Warfare.
Plot details[]
As Capstone's board of directors decided to severely weaken its competitors, the Eldrith Tech Consortium and the now re-established eDEN Corporation brought their entire Pacific Fleet to the coasts of Lumeri. While it consists of ships and submarines of various types, the most prominent ones are of the U77-class. These are submersible aircraft carriers that are able to carry squadrons of jet fighters, helicopters and VTOLs. These submarines are also armed with 0.5 kiloton Bavarium cruise missiles, which makes them a formidable force in the region, being able to strike anywhere on the islands.
If Rico Rodriguez chooses to side with Eldrith Tech, three U77s will be destroyed in the FIXX mission after a large naval battle somewhat similar to the ending of Bavarium Sea Heist.
If Rico choses to side with Capstone, the submarine carrier will be available as a safehouse, an aircraft "garage" and a base of operations.
Overview[]
Roughly the size of U1, this submersible carrier serves as a hub of Capstone Security Forces air units. It does not have any point defense systems, but it houses a large number of jet fighters and attack choppers, as well as a large staff of troops. To destroy this behemoth, several "sabotage" targets must be hit (like the command section, the reactor, a torpedo launcher etc).
