Plot[]
The mission begins with Rico recovering from the rowboat attack, and Qonr, Sargento, Sheldon, and Zhuinella are in the room with him. When Rico gets up, he asks where Mira is, which none of the others know, but Sheldon brings out his laptop and Zhuinella figures out her location through the same ability she used to contact Sargento and Sheldon.
Her eyes' reflection shows what is currently happening with Mira, and we zoom in as the title card appears. Gabriela is taking Mira to Earth for a matter so far left unclear, but on the way the helicopter's blades hit an asteroid, knocking it off course. Coincidentally, one of Lee's split off pieces is floating nearby and senses the danger, rushing over and picking up the helicopter.
When they near Earth, Mira's Emsavion badge glows, meaning her onus is active. They land on top of a coffee shop, where it is revealed that Mira is pregnant. The roof begins folding out, causing the chopper to be flung a couple blocks away and explode. At the same time, Gabriela and Mira slide down the roof, the former landing on a coffee cup and the latter falling on her, forcing the former to be stuck inside the cup.
A worker puts a lid on it and serves it to a customer, who tries drinking it but gets hair in her mouth. Mira trips and the same customer bites her chest and milk goes in her mouth (she was unaware of this as her eyes were closed), immediately spitting it out and complains that her order was way off. The owner comes out of his room and kicks Mira out (obviously not literally as she is pregnant), with the cup in her hand. She pours Gabriela out of the cup, with her going back to normal.
Meanwhile, Zhuinella sees a stream of water in the distance, distinct from the others as it is brighter. The stream flows past her and towards Earth, and Zhuinella contacts Mira through perception bridging and tells her and Gabriela of the water coming to them. The water stream tries communicating to them, but they cannot understand. It picks them up and takes them to an unspecified location in mainland Deliwu.
It is here where a humanoid character uses their power to extract the baby without the pushing usually necessary. She is able to talk and introduces herself as Íaqu. Since she knows of the conflict, she offers to raise the baby until it subsides, which Mira agrees to. Lee takes Gabriela and Mira back to Jévr, dropping the latter there and the former at Earth. We are then shown the screen on Sheldon's laptop as he turns it off for a bit. To be continued at another time.
