The Black Hand are a faction in World War Rico.
History[]
In the wake of the nuclear holocaust revealed in chapter 10, the Black Hand from previous Just Cause games took over the world.
Rico easily overpowered an outpost in the same chapter and discovered there were still points of resistance all over the world, namely:
- Brussels, Belgium
- Johannesburg, South Africa
- London, England
- Perth, Australia
- Shanghai, China
- St. Petersburg, Russia
- New York, United States
The Black Hand attempted to retake the outpost, but were repelled by Rico and some Chinese Military remnants. It is now likely that they will not attempt to retake it again, although retaliation is a must.
