Aldeia da montanha is a large settlement in the Just Cause: ilha do carrasco fan fiction project.
History[]
The majority of the city is on the flanks of Montanha dos generai, and was originally formed in this precarious location for the rich soils in the area. It quickly developed into Ilha do carrasco's de-facto capital, before being effectively wiped off the map by the 1969 eruption of Montanha dos generai.
After 1969 the city slowly rebuilt itself into a semi-major settlement again, and ever since has been a relatively peaceful, and safe place to live. The city's newfound size prompted the construction of its airport, the Aeroporto da montanha dos generais, which also doubles as a supply area during eruptions, in game it is the loyalist center for Dre Strabo's followers, and is his most secure and prized region due to it's natural terrain and resources.

- The city served as the area where Liberator of Worlds took place, resulting in widespread destruction and culminating in the eruption of Montanha dos generai, destroying a section of the city.
