Dr. Adolf Vindi is a character in Just Cause 4: Sakaku.
Character biography[]
None known, other than some records that he was a scientist who worked for the new Sakakan government after liberation from the Soviets, but was disillusioned with the new government and defected to the Communist Liberation Army.
At some unknown point in time, he became the head of the rebel group.
When Rico came out of the portal on December 1st, 2017, he observed Rico all the way to his death in An Upright Effect.
Personality and traits[]
Highly spontaneous anger, but sometimes calm. Can be seen in multiple missions spontaneously raging but also maintaining a calm demeanor in some cases.
